A Business Advisory Partnership gives you an experienced business owner to think through important decisions with.

Rather than tackling every challenge on your own, you'll have a trusted sounding board to help you find clarity, prioritise what matters most and move your business forward with confidence.

Every advisor works differently, but my approach is grounded in real business experience.

Having built and sold my own seven-figure business, I understand the decisions, challenges and opportunities that come with running a business. My role is to ask the right questions, challenge your thinking and help you make practical decisions that move your business forward.

I work with established business owners who know there's more potential in their business and value practical advice backed by real business experience.

While my background is in retail, I also work with service providers and other owner-operated businesses. Every business is different, but the challenges around growth, marketing, customer experience, profitability and leadership are often remarkably similar.

Every business is different, but our conversations often include:

  • Business growth and priorities
  • Marketing direction
  • Customer experience
  • Profitability and pricing
  • Team leadership
  • Business development
  • Time management
  • Seasonal planning
  • Reviewing opportunities before investing time or money
  • Working through the challenges that come with running a business

The cost is $995AUS plus GST per month. Payment is charged in advance. If you would prefer automatic fortnightly payments this can be arranged.

Most partnerships include two one-hour advisory sessions each month.

This gives you time to implement ideas between meetings while knowing you have regular opportunities to discuss progress, challenges and new opportunities.

Yes.

Business doesn't stop between meetings, and neither do questions.

You're welcome to email me between sessions for advice, guidance or to bounce around ideas as they arise.

I continue thinking about your business.

As ideas come to mind or I identify opportunities worth exploring, I'll bring those into our next conversation. It's all part of having an experienced Thinking Partner who's invested in helping your business succeed.

No.

My role is to help you make better business decisions, not to become part of your day-to-day operations.

Together we'll develop clear priorities and practical action plans. Your team can then implement those actions, or I can recommend trusted specialists if additional support is needed.

Some challenges need more than a one-hour discussion.

When that happens, you can book additional support including half-day planning sessions, full-day business intensives or dedicated workshops for larger projects. A quote will be provided based on your needs.

Our first session is about understanding your business, your goals and the challenges you're facing.

Together we'll identify the biggest opportunities, clarify your priorities and agree on the actions that will make the greatest impact before our next meeting.

No.

I want every client to continue because they see genuine value in our partnership, not because they're tied to a long-term agreement. In the case you wish to finish us working together earlier than the 6 or 12 months you simply notify me with one month notice.
